Cochise Villa is conveniently located in vibrant Scottsdale, just a short drive to challenging golf courses, spectacular dining, and shopping. This beautiful villa is 6,500 square feet and includes eight bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 20 guests.
Accommodations
The interior features Spanish-style design and warm sandy tones that both are warm and inviting. This elegant hacienda has a formal dining room with an attached butler’s bar, a den with two bunk beds, and a comfy sofa set with Smart TV, in addition to an oversized, stylish living room.
The main living room includes soft leather sofas, a large flat-screen Smart TV positioned in the center of a custom built-in entertainment center, plush earth-toned carpet, and a gas fireplace. The tall ceilings, adorned with dark exposed wood beams and the large sliding glass doors make this space warm and inviting.
The gourmet kitchen features an open concept layout with a sandy-colored tray ceiling, natural wood cabinets, and Spanish inspired design elements. This space opens to the living room helping to keep the entire group connected. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, two dishwashers, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, and an oversized island with breakfast bar with seating for up to eight guests. This gourmet kitchen comes fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils, herbs and spices, cutlery, glassware, tableware, and coffee mugs.
Each cozy bedroom includes large windows, some with sliding glass doors offering private access to the courtyard. Each plush bed is topped with soft linens and fluffy pillows.
Outdoors
The highlight of the estate is unquestionably the sprawling resort-style courtyard. Lush green grass, palm trees, natural stones, and a rustic patio set a peaceful ambiance, while multiple entertainment options are sure to offer fun for the entire family.
