Overview

The magnificent view and breeze fills the room from the minute you enter the elegant great room from the manicured gardens lining the driveway. Choose AC instead if you want and the doors still allow 100% of the view inside.  The high vaulted ceilings lead you out to the gallery, a huge covered outdoor area with archways framing the sea and turtles popping up along the surface.  A short elegant stone staircase through botanic garden landscaping takes you to the white sandy beach and multiple shaded sitting areas to sit by the ocean.

The Kitchen at 2B Peter Bay is furnished with the best appliances, cook wear and comes fully stocked as a cooks kitchen. The home comes with a full size back up refrigerator and two ice machines to easily accommodate a party of eight's needs for a week in paradise.

There are two suites on either side of the upper level, each with their own private balcony, AC, and oversized bathrooms offer big views right from bed and easy single level access to the kitchen. The lower terrace bedroom suite mirrors the quality, view and amenities of the upper terrace bedroom and pool terrace bedroom. Downstairs, the master bedroom is a glorious architectural semicircle masterpiece. It includes AC, a walk in closet, his and her sinks and views over the magnificent hedged banyan tree to the beach and reefs below.

Just steps from the gallery is the outdoor grill kitchen, featuring an ice maker, wine fridge and built in stainless gas grill perched above the pool.  The garden pool setting offers even more ocean viewing and an elegant curved edge design.  Continue down the St John Stone mason paths to the hot tub, which can also be accessed from the lower master bedroom suite. Beyond the hot tub, the easy access stone stairs carry you under the magical banyan tree onto the beach that makes 2B Peter Bay so special.
