Overview

This two-level villa comes complete with patios, a veranda, outside decks, and a private pool bordered by lush foliage.

The main level offers spacious living and dining areas which are exquisitely furnished in imported Teak and Mahogany. Adjoining the living area is a cozy family area with air conditioning, flat screen television, DVD player, stereo system with CD player, sofa bed, and a desk area offering convenience to use the wireless or DSL internet connection. The immaculate kitchen offers granite counter tops and is fully equipped with modern deluxe stainless steel appliances. The main level of the villa also offers a full bathroom with shower facilities.

Large glass doors open onto an outdoor veranda area on the main level where you may enjoy the wonderful views and gentle trade winds. This level offers an outdoor covered gallery with ceiling fans, comfortable sitting areas, plus outdoor dining area for up to 10 guests. From the main level veranda area, you can go down to the lower level to access the large private swimming pool area.

The lower level of the villa offers three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.  The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, television, internet access, mini fridge, safe, and direct access to the pool area. The second and third bedrooms each offer a king-size bed, internet access, mini-fridge, safe, and direct access to the pool area. You also have air conditioning and a ceiling fan in every bedroom for maximum comfort.

In addition, there is a laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board located on the lower level.

The villa has a large private infinity pool which is a wonderful area for relaxing and enjoying the fabulous views. The gazebo area by the pool offers a large bar area with a fridge, sink, and gas BBQ grill. Comfortable lounge chairs allow guests to sun bathe by the pool. In addition, there is an outdoor half bathroom for use while by the pool.

The villa is located in Oyster Pond, conveniently located to the ferry service from Oyster Pond to St. Barths; just a short drive to Dawn Beach and The Westin Resort & Casino; 15 minutes from Orient Bay, the center for water sports on the island; 10 minutes from Philipsburg, the center for the best shopping on the island and 20 minutes from Grand Case where you will find the "best French Restaurants on the island." 

At Villa Victoria, guests will have a truly memorable experience—enjoy the panoramic views while sipping a cocktail on the spacious deck, have a bar-b-que under the stars, take a dip in the pool while overlooking the scenic setting, or go down to Dawn Beach for some of the best snorkeling on the island.
