Overview

Carisa is a fully air-conditioned villa, and has a separate media room with a 60 inch Plasma TV and top quality THX audio system both for watching DVDs (you'll swear you are in the theatre) or listening to CDs. You can play music out to the open gazebo or the pool area, or even listen to it in the raised heated jacuzzi.

 

Bedrooms feature high-end plush mattresses, triple shower-heads, pop-up plasma TVs, separate DVD players, and remote controlled roman shades on the windows. This means, you press a button, and the drapes go up and the view of the ocean comes pouring in. Carisa can be rented as a 1 or 2 bedroom villa.

Pool Details

Private heated swimming pool (33 feet x 20 feet)
Please note that the jacuzzi is not a hot tub, it is a heated pool that communicates with the Tub portion of the Pool that is heated at 32-35 degrees. The water is always very warm, but with the villa being beach front, and on a very windy beach, the temperature of the water never remains at this temperature when it’s windy.

Staff and Services

Starting July 1, 2023 - Breakfast Program: continental breakfast in-villa delivery for an additional small fee of $9 per person. Tea, coffee, orange juice, apple juice, croissants, pains au chocolat, lemon, butter, jam, sugar, French baguette included. Order must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. Delivery times are between 7:45am – 11:00am.
