Overview

'Paradiso' offers excellent views of Dawn Beach, Oyster Pond and the Atlantic Ocean. This villa is very spacious and is the perfect vacation spot for a large group or it can be rented as a two-bedroom for a very private holiday.

The secluded Dawn Beach is a short trip down the hill and is a prime spot for swimming, snorkeling, and watersports. You can spend your days enjoying day sails to nearby islands, scuba diving, boating, fishing, shopping, visiting casinos, and enjoying the best dining in the Caribbean. The villa is located near Philipsburg (Dutch side capital) and is only a short drive to Marigot (French side capital).

This villa is fully furnished and has a complete kitchen with all the necessary appliances. The state of the art kitchen is a chef's dream with high end appliances, quartz countertops, and sleek modern cabinetry. The master bedroom and en-suite bath are breathtaking. Imagine after a long day at the beach, enjoying a relaxing bath in the magnificent soaking tub. All of the bedrooms in the main house enjoy the wonderful view and also have their own en-suite baths. The sixth bedroom is a a small apartment complete with small kitchen and private entrance. All bedrooms have television, Avov, as well as a PlayStation.

The spacious living room with Caribbean furnishings and an Indonesian flair features air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and dining table seating for six. The villa also has a beautiful pool, large built-in poolside grill, jacuzzi, and a private gym.
