Zephyr Hill villa is a unique and impressive property, sprawling and spacious, but warm, welcoming and ambient. Perched on the hillside this luxury Cap Estate villa boasts panoramic views that take in both the Caribbean Sea, and the Atlantic, as well as vistas of the 18 hole golf course. Ideal for large groups and entertaining, this expansive 4 bedroom 4.5 bathroom luxury villa is set on the hillside on sloping manicured grounds.

This multi-level villa features both an indoor and outdoor living area, making it ideal for families.  The pool deck also has a bar/entertainment area and a BBQ grill, which makes it the perfect hangout spot for the warm Caribbean days. The indoor living area has a large Smart TV.

Upstairs in the main house, you will find 2 identical main/primary bedrooms with king size beds. Both with a private balcony and en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms are large but warm and intimate, and designed for waking hours, lounging,  as well as sleep.

The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are both on the pool deck level and are also identical. They are standalone bedrooms and feature en-suite bathrooms and a walk in closet. The bedrooms each have 2 twin beds, that can be converted into a king size bed on request.
