This property was completely redone to offer modern elements while keeping its original colonial style.

The villa consists of 3 separate bungalows. The kitchen bungalow partially overlooks the bay and has an adjacent outdoor counter and charcoal grill. The kitchen opens to a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area that comfortably seats 6 guests in front of the pool.

The air-conditioned living room, which is located in a separate larger bungalow, has a comfortable sofa, views of the pool, and a large TV. An open staircase in the living room leads to the large master bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Adjoining the living room are 2 guest bedrooms, which have queen-size beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the pool, while the other bedroom opens to the side deck. The fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom is located in a separated bungalow near the entrance.

A deck with loungers and chairs surrounds the pool, making this an ideal spot for either sunbathing or working poolside. The house also has WiFi and U.S. satellite TV.

Villa Xanadu comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
