Overview

The entire villa is tastefully designed in earth tones and wood, creating an organic feel. From the parking area, a small green garden leads into the spacious, open living area. The air-conditioned living room is divided into 3 sections with a seating and TV area on one end. A large dining table separates the seating area from the modern, gourmet kitchen. The kitchen also features a separate storage section, which houses the refrigerator.

Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, U.S. and French satellite TV, Apple TV, and a Sonos sound system. On either side of the living area are 2 spacious master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and dressing area. Located on the lower floor are 2 additional bedrooms. One bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second suite offers a queen-size bed, a living area, and kitchen. This room is ideal for teenagers or staff.

A terrace wraps around the large, heated infinity pool which enjoys an ocean view. The terrace offers a covered lounge area with comfortable furnishings. This villa also comes with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and WiFi.

Villa Varuna comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
