Villa Le Moulin is located on St Jean beach, St Barts, facing the ocean. This villa offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a brand-new infinity-edged pool and private access to St Jean beach. Surrounded by a lush tropical garden and built around an old mill, where the master bedroom is located. This bedroom offers a private terrace opening onto St Jean beach.

Recently re-decorated with Colonial-style wooden furniture in off-white and chocolate colors, which makes the villa look and feel luxuriously airy. In the main villa, the living room opens onto the outdoor dining area and the garden, facing the ocean. In the back, the well-equipped, air-conditioned kitchen opens onto a second dining area with seating for 10. Two equal-size bedrooms are located in separate bungalows accessible through an enclosed glass corridor. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and air conditioning.

The large infinity pool, surrounded by a deck with lounge chairs and palm trees is the perfect place to lounge in the sun or entertain family and friends. Popular restaurants, fantastic boutiques and plenty of water sport activities are all available nearby. Villa Le Moulin is ideal for families and beach lovers!

*NOTE: All rentals must be Saturday to Saturday and a 14-night minimum is required over Christmas/New Years and for stays in July and August.

Minimum Stay Details

Standard minimum is 7 nights. 5 nights may be accepted upon request. 10-14 nights minimum during festive. Minimum night stay may vary by villa.
