Villa Valentina

Overview

Villa Valentina is a contemporary 4-bedroom villa located in Pointe Milou within minutes of several beaches and shopping. This villa features an ocean view.

The Balinese entrance door leads into an open area with large teak lounge sofas around a circular table. This area has a grand Buddha statue with a fountain. The inside living and dining area, which have large glass sliding doors, open onto this space on one side and the terrace and pool on the other side.

The contemporary living room has built-in wooden sofas with ivory cushions, an ocean view, and a large wooden dining table that comfortably seats up to 10 guests. The well-equipped kitchen opens to a spacious outdoor terrace, which has a large built-in dining table with seating for 16 people.

One bedroom is located on the lower level and accessed via a spiral staircase in the living room or from the garden. The other bedrooms are on the same level and open onto the deck. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and en suite bathrooms. Three bedrooms have king-size beds, while the fourth bedroom has twin beds that can be made into a king-size bed.

The multi-level terrace offers numerous built-in lounge beds, which is ideal for reading or sunbathing. Loungers also surround the pool, which is heated in winter. The house also has WiFi, a fax machine, a gas grill, water purification and filtering system, and U.S. satellite TV.

Villa Valentina comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children and does not allow smoking
