Overview

Arguably one of the most beautiful homes on St Barths, Only You was designed with the Caribbean in mind. The u-shaped compound surrounds two heated pools that stretch out like an emerald lagoon in a luscious setting of beautify landscaped gardens. A small view of the actual lagoon of Petit Cul de Sac can be enjoyed from most of the deck and the main house, and the private beach of the gated community is a short walk, which makes this house great for families with children.

The main room can be fully air-conditioned and includes a large, modern kitchen with a huge island with breakfast bar that can seat 10 people, and the cozy living room around the pop-up TV with U.S and French satellite, as well as Apple TV. On the terrace outside the main room is a large dining table that can seat up to fourteen people, with an exterior kitchen and bar. Just around the corner is an outdoor yoga area and a fitness room. The deck surrounding the pools offers several seating areas, including an outdoor living area with TV and bar. There are loungers all around the pools, and the bedrooms also have private terraces with seating. The villa has a Sonos sound system with speakers outside for entertainment.

Each of the five bedrooms have their own unique style, but are fully contemporary in materials and equipment. The primary master bedroom is a spacious bungalow with a U.S. king-sized bed, flanked by two gorgeous pillar lights hanging from the ceiling. It comes with an oversized dressing area and bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is accessed from the living room. It has a California king-sized bed, ample closet space, and en-suite bathroom with shower The other three bedrooms are each in a private bungalow with a terrace. These rooms come with a European king-sized bed, ample closet space and en-suite bathroom with shower. All five bedrooms have U.S. satellite and Apple TV, including Netflix. Only You is a perfect family villa, but just as perfect for couples vacationing together, and comes with housekeeping seven days a week, including public holidays.
