Overview

Villa La Vie en Rose is a 5-bedroom, villa located in Petit Cul de Sac with extensive outdoor space and gardens and within a short walk of the beach and access to tennis courts.

Villa La Vie en Rose, as it is also known, is situated in the gated community of Domaine du Levant. It is a true tropical villa, designed for outdoor living, and enjoys all day sun and breezes. The spacious interior living has comfortable sofas and chairs, and wide doors that open to the outside. The well-equipped kitchen is on the garden side.

The master bedroom is right off the living next to the kitchen. On the other side of the living is the first guest room, which connects to a second guest room, making it ideal for parents with children. Both rooms can also be fully closed off, with the third guest room accessed from the terrace. Above the main house, in front of the parking, is a separate bungalow with two recently renovated, additional bedrooms. One bedroom has ocean views, the other garden views. All 5 bedrooms have king-size beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Each bedroom also has a TV with U.S. satellite, while the master bedroom has both U.S. and French satellites.

The outdoor living comes with plenty of seating options and views over the ocean and the bay of Petit Cul de sac. A gazebo with benches is on the far end of the property on a cliff and includes additional loungers above the water. Tropical gardens, which have recently been redone, surround the property, and another gazebo with a daybed sits in a quiet corner, ideal for a siesta. The extremely large pool and Jacuzzi (not heated) runs the length of the house and enjoy the all-day sun. A gazebo with dining table and outdoor kitchen is situated in a corner of the large terrace.

Villa la Vie en Rose comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
