Villa Etoile Brillante

Overview

Villa Etoile Brillante was an existing villa that has been extended and updated with a new outdoor space and pool. Just a short drive from Gustavia, the villa benefits from a great location and incredible views. Villa Etoile Brilliante has two master bedrooms, two guest rooms, and a room for children. The extensive deck with the large, heated infinity pool, offer a privileged spot to watch the yachts outside of Gustavia harbor and Shell beach, and enjoy gorgeous sunsets. The deck comes with plenty of space for sun lovers, as well as a covered space with seating and dining area. At the far end is an outdoor living space with a TV, which is great to watch a game or movie under the stars with the entire family or group. A heated jacuzzi is outside the master bedroom on the lower deck. The main room can be opened up to enjoy the natural breezes, or closed off and air-conditioned. The spacious kitchen is fully-equipped and connects to the living room. Just off the living room are two bedrooms. The first is a room for kids with two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a U.S. king, but does not have a view. The second room offers ocean views and has a U.S. king-sized bed. The third room is accessed either from the parking area or from the terrace, and is situated on the other side of the house. This room has a European king-sized bed and ocean views. There are two bedrooms on the lower level. The first of these, with a European king bed, is situated just below the main level, but has no view. The second is the main master bedroom on the other side, below the pool. This room has gorgeous ocean views, a U.S. king-sized bed, and a deck with a jacuzzi. All bedrooms have closets, en-suite bathrooms with showers, U.S satellite TV and Netflix access.
