Overview

Villa Rose is a contemporary 4-bedroom villa located in Gouverneur within minutes of the beach and shopping. This modern villa offers views of the ocean and hillside.

The large, air-conditioned living room is comfortably furnished and leads to a large gazebo, which serves as the outdoor living area. This gazebo is the centerpiece of the main living space and surrounded by a very large pool stretching from the living room to the well-equipped, air-conditioned kitchen. The kitchen shares its space with an indoor dining area, which opens to an outdoor dining table with seating for 6 guests.

Each bedroom has a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom with shower, a fan, and screens. Two bedrooms are located in the same bungalow near the gated entry, and share a medium-size pool and an outdoor seating area underneath a gazebo. The other 2 bedrooms are located in a separate bungalow adjacent to the living room. Each of these bedrooms has a plunge pool and sitting area.

A wooden deck with chairs surrounds the large, central pool. All 4 pools, including the 2 plunge pools, are heated. The house also has WiFi, a gas grill, an iPod docking station, and U.S. satellite TV. Parties are allowed only upon request from the manager or owner.

Villa Rose comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, ages 12 and older, but does not allow pets.
