Welcome to Cactus, a luxury 3-bedroom villa located in the hills of Colombier, St. Barts.

Flowing, open, and chic, Cactus is all about embracing the good life in the Caribbean. Newly redecorated, the inside features Parisian designer furniture, vaulted ceilings, and an effortless style. From everywhere, the villa offers enchanting views over the ocean.

Cactus is just a short drive from the beaches at St Jean and Flamands. The capital, Gustavia, a short drive away, offers the most glamorous dining and shopping options on the island.

The center of Cactus is an open-plan great room, with a living room on one side and a kitchen on the other. Large sliding doors open to the outdoor terrace, letting you soak up the ocean breeze and stunning views.

The spacious living room is the ideal place to relax and unwind. The comfortable sofas are inviting, ideal for sinking in with a drink or some conversation with friends and family. A large flat-screen TV lets you enjoy movie nights at home.

Foodies will love the well-equipped kitchen at Cactus, where soft wooden cabinetry contrasts beautifully with a matte black island. To make things easy, our concierge can organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service for a special occasion.

A breakfast bar on the kitchen island is a great spot for your morning croissant and a coffee. More formal meals can be enjoyed at the outdoor dining table on the covered terrace, offering stunning views over Gustavia and the Caribbean.

There are three bedrooms at Cactus, each with a plush king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, a TV, and ocean views.

The first two bedrooms are on either side of the living room, both featuring a minimalist style with pops of bright orange color. Doors open towards the outdoor terrace, letting you greet each day with views of the ocean.

The third bedroom is in an independent cottage at the front of the house, opening towards the garden and featuring an outdoor shower connected to the en-suite.

The large, covered terrace is great for enjoying the island weather. Next to the dining table is a comfortable lounge area, encouraging you to curl up with a good book or kick back with a tropical cocktail. From here, the sunset views over the water are amazing.

A terrace surrounds the infinity pool, stretching towards the edge of the property. Comfortable lounge chairs surround the water, ideal spots to admire the sunny views by day or twinkling harbor lights at night. In the distance is St. Kitts, while closer to shore are the islands of Les Gros Islets, Le Pain de Sucre, and Les Petits Saints.

When it comes to beach days, you’ll be spoiled with choices as there are three beaches within a 5-minute drive. To the south is the village of Corossol, with its beautiful fishing boats bobbing in the water in front of its narrow beach. To the north is Flamands Beach, known for its soft white sand and turquoise waters. And to the east is Anse de Cayes, featuring a coral reef and surfer’s swell.

Thoughtful touches at Cactus help elevate your stay. This property also comes with fast wi-fi, a gas grill, air-conditioning in the bedrooms, and beach chairs for days on the sand.

The popular bakery, La Petite Colombe, is within walking distance, as is Les Bananiers restaurant. The capital of Gustavia is less than 10 minutes away.

Cactus in St. Barts comes with house cleaning services six days a week (except on holidays). During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children, but pets are not allowed.
