Overview

Villa Avenstar is a contemporary 5-bedroom villa located in Camaruche within minutes of the beach and shopping. This fully air-conditioned, 3-level villa offers a beautiful view of Lorient Bay.

The main building features a well-designed gourmet kitchen and a modern living and dining area, which opens onto a large terrace and long, heated infinity pool that cascades to the smaller one below.

The master bedroom is located on the upper level and has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and opens to a terrace with a view. The second bedroom is located next to the living area and has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and opens to a terrace with a view.

The other bedrooms are located on the lower level. Two bedrooms have king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The fifth bedroom has twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. This level also offers a large teak terrace with a small pool, which is ideal for kids. A sixth bedroom, located in a separate area, is available upon request and suitable for a chef or nanny.

The non-smoking property comes with a mini-golf course and putting green, which is perfect for golfers. The house also has WiFi, a gas grill, a wine cellar, an outdoor shower, and the U.S. and French satellite TV.

Complimentary breakfast, including baked goods, orange juice and more, is included daily. Guests receive a welcome bottle of champagne and gift in each room upon arrival. The rate is $35,000 per week during Thanksgiving.

Villa Avenstar comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children but does not allow pets.
