Overview

The main level on the first floor fully benefits from the views. A large sundeck spreads out in front of the living room, which can be opened on both sides to let the breezes through and is fully screened. Guests can relax on the comfortable seating, watch TV or dine at the large dining table. Behind the house is a tropical garden facing the rocks where a beautiful seating area is nestled in between the trees to relax in a peaceful setting. The cozy, well-equipped kitchen connects to the living room.

The first bedroom is situated behind the kitchen and offers splendid views over the ocean, a European king-sized bed and a spacious bathroom with a shower and dressing area. The master bedroom is situated in front of the large pool on the lower level. This room has a king-sized bed, TV with U.S. satellite and Apple TV, dressing area and ensuite bathroom with a shower which can be opened up to the outside. At the entrance to the master bedroom is a small kitchenette, which can serve as an auxiliary kitchen for the pool area.

Outside by the pool, there’s plenty of seating in and out of the sun. In the garden behind the pool is a small seating area, a perfect setting for guests to read in the shade, or enjoy the peaceful sunset while sipping on a cocktail.

Villa Marie, or Marie, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
