From the house, you are just minutes from the historic attractions and bustling nightlife of Ibiza Town and some of Ibiza's most famous beaches such as Talamanca beach and Roja Beach.

There are spectacular panoramic views of Ibiza Town and the distant island of Formentera. The villa’s modern design and acres of glass allow the light to flow freely through open plan areas.
