Frippin' Out - Fripp Island

Overview

This well-appointed and impeccably decorated four-bedroom, three-bath home is located on Fripp Island's north-end neighborhood of Ocean Point; adjacent to Ocean Point Golf Links and a short walk to the pool. Delight in impressive views of the golf course, ocean and canal from the expansive, furnished back deck. The home's south-facing front porch is the ideal place to get some sun on rare chilly days. The main floor of the the home features an open-plan. An abundance of windows, coupled with high ceilings, makes the interior of Frippin' Out bright and airy. The well-equipped kitchen with its granite counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances is guaranteed to please the cooks in any group. Meals can be enjoyed at the six-seat table in the dining area, or at the breakfast bar with room for four. The kitchen and dining areas flow effortlessly into the living room, which features a wall-mounted flat screen TV, seating for seven and access to the back deck, replete with a gas grill and seating area.

The main floor also features a king-sized master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, along with a flat-screen TV and access to a deck with stunning views of the canal and golf course. The second bedroom on this level offers a queen-sized bed, an en-suite bath and its own flat-screen TV. The laundry area is adjacent to the bathroom. The second floor has a loft with its own flat screen TV, as well as two additional bedrooms. The first, queen-sized bedroom provides access to the back deck with a porch swing, as well as a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Ideal for kids, the remaining bedroom has two twin beds and its own flat-screen TV. 

Please note: Guests staying for seven nights are entitled to two Fripp Island guest cards. Additional cards are available for purchase. These must be used to access pools, tennis courts, restaurants and the two championship golf courses. Amenity cards are $50 per person weekly from Memorial Day through Labor Day and $35 per person weekly during the rest of the year, due to limited seasonal hours at these facilities.  Rates are subject to change at anytime without notice.
