On this first floor of the home, you will find the open floor plan kitchen and living room with a wet bar and multiple access points to the wraparound screened porch. The home's two master suites flank both sides of the living room. There is also a third bedroom on this floor with a twin over full bunk bed and an en suite bath as well as a laundry room with full sized washing machine and dryer. On the second floor, you will find two guest bedrooms, a bathroom with a combined shower/tub and a double sink vanity and a fabulous sitting area with oversized sofa, arcade game, ocean views and access to the sun deck.
