Overview

The owners have completely remodeled the kitchen, added all new appliances, and upgraded the family and dining areas with new hardwood floors and brand new furnishings throughout. New sliding glass doors have been added providing panoramic lagoon views from this large, open common space. 2020 updates include new carpeting on the second floor as well as additional bedroom and bathroom updates.

17 Steps lead up to the entry where you will find beautiful stone floors once you step inside. The large living room to your right has great views of the lagoon out back with sliding doors to the deck. This area is beautifully designed with comfortable seating, 60" flat screen TV, and a game table for four. Off of the living room is a dining area with seating for 10. The newly remodeled kitchen features quartz countertops, a raised island with six bar stools, a beverage center, and doors to the deck.

The first bedroom is a master suite with a king bed, TV, and access to the waterfront deck. The master bedroom has a newly remodeled bathroom with quartz countertops, a walk-in closet, and a large newly tiled shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, doors to the deck, and a TV. A full bathroom off pool area is available for use by guests of this room. Two additional bedrooms are on the second floor. The first has two queen beds, a TV, and private bath with a tub/sower combination. The fourth bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bath with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have lagoon views.

Palmetto Retreat is THE home for outdoor entertainment. The back deck has a large wraparound porch overlooking the lagoon with several seating and dining areas available. Steps down lead to the large, sunny pool and dock with chairs for poolside longing. A covered outdoor entertainment space features a built-in grill, sink, bar seating, full bathroom, ping pong table and an additional lounge area.
