Nine steps lead you to the wrap around front porch where you can sit on one of the six Adirondack chairs and enjoy the sunset. As you enter, you will find the sunken living room (three steps down), which offers a sofa, chair with ottoman, entertainment center with flat-screen HD-TV, 5-disc CD player, and iPod docking station, DVD player, and wireless Internet access. You will also find a door to the back deck. 

The living room has plenty of seating with two matching sofas, chair with ottoman, two swivel chairs, a decorative marble fireplace, flat screen TV with DVD player, and a wall of windows showing the slight ocean views. This room also has access to two separate decks and opens to the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, built-in oven and microwave, and four high-top chairs. There is also a breakfast table with additional seating for six and access to the back deck. The upper level back deck features a table for six and several loungers. There is an outdoor staircase connecting this upper deck to the pool and grill area below.

The private backyard is the perfect escape after a long day on the beach. A large sunny pool is surrounded by plenty of loungers and a shady outdoor living area with built in grill is a wonderful relaxing area to spend your evenings!
