The villa features a roof top palapa with a double chaise lounge and wet bar with seating, not to mention an amazing, multi-level beachside pool, deck area, kayaks and much more!
Entering the villa you are greeted by a huge, open-plan living and dining area leading seamlessly to the outdoor covered terrace, deck and beach area. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen will delight aspiring chefs. The ocean views from the villa are just stunning and you will embrace the nautical feeling Caribbean-style!
The villa boasts four sumptuous bedrooms. The huge master suite with en-suite bathroom with double vanity, double shower and walk in closet is located on the ground floor. From the master suite you walk out to the Jacuzzi and deck area. Three additional suites with en-suite bathrooms and walk in closets are located on the upper floor.
The upper floor has a large media area with huge, flat-screen TV with satellite. Relax on comfy sofas and watch your favorite movie. When you aren’t watching a movie, you will be mesmerized with the amazing ocean views that stretch horizontally the entire length of the living room. From here, stairs lead to the amazing roof deck with palapa, wet bar, full chaise lounge and seating area with cushions.
The villa Nautica staff are wonderful and you will feel truly pampered during your stay. Complimentary Mexican cook services for breakfast and lunch daily are included. Our dedicated concierge will greet you on arrival and be of assistance during your stay.
A short distance from the villa is the San Carlos marina with many restaurants, bars, boutiques, delicatessens, golf, tennis and more!
Villa Nautica is one of the few exclusive four-bedroom, private villas located on the sandy Fatima Bay beach. We recommend early booking to secure your preferred dates.
