This architect-designed Green home embraces rustic charm and warmth combined with contemporary, high-end, and energy-efficient amenities, all within walking distance of Rockport's shops and beaches.
The main level consists of a spacious open-plan living/dining/kitchen design, filled with an abundance of natural light streaming through a multitude of windows. The ceiling on this level includes exposed beams and window seats reclaimed from bleachers and beautifully refinished from Gloucester schools.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with its own generous ensuite bath. The lower level adds an additional suite with a Murphy bed, sleeper sofa, TV and a work area, plus a full bath. The home is beautifully appointed and includes central air and top quality appliances.
There is a deck on the side of the home, with a gas grill and an outdoor dining set. The front courtyard garden, with a spacious reclaimed granite patio, also offers places to sit and relax with family and friends. An open outdoor shower, with hot and cold water, makes it easy to rinse off after the beach.
When it's time to explore, the heart of picturesque Rockport village is just 1/3 mile away. You can leave your car and stroll to the many shops, restaurants, galleries, and Old Garden Beach.
