Although very private, the villa is within a 30-minute drive from Lake Trasimeno, the ideal destination for nature lover, Perugia, capital of the region and famous for its chocolate, Gubbio and Città di Castello, cities of medieval origins and definitely worth a visit. The unique original architectural features were preserved with the villa recent gut renovation: brick walls, vaulted ceilings, wonderful original cotto floors, old doors, and even frescoes.  These old-world features have been paired with the latest and most modern luxe details: leather sofas, large smart TVs, air conditioning, very generous marble bathrooms with fantastic fittings.
