Villa Colli is the perfect vacation villa for families and groups of friends. The villa has many gathering spaces, outdoor and indoor, perfect for hosting dinners and parties, and the heated pool makes it a great off-season retreat. Its hilltop position affords guest’s complete privacy and its convenient location in Tuscany’s famous Chianti wine region allows for easy access to local activities and day trips to neighboring towns.

Living Spaces

The villa has recently been renovated to the highest of luxury standards, with all of the most modern amenities. Much attention has been dedicated to maintaining the structure’s original character and architectural features.

Ground Floor

The best in Italian craftsmanship is seen in contemporary pieces, high end finishes, and handmade tiles. Splashes of color and the mixing of textures used in the upholstery and textiles throughout the villa add a modern twist.

The formal living room features a big, open stone fireplace and several large comfortable sofas. A large dining room with floor to ceiling windows has a generous dining table. The professional kitchen is completely modern and fully equipped. Adjoining laundry room with washer and dryer.

Archways into an airy entrance hall lead to a game room with billiard table and separate gym.

First Floor

A second, smaller living room with large flat screen TV has several sofas and armchairs.

Outdoor Features

The ground floor flows around an open internal courtyard, furnished with dining table with umbrella and chairs which seats up to 14, perfect for outdoor lounging and casual alfresco dining.
Beautiful infinity edge heated pool looks out over the Tuscan countryside and is furnished with cushioned lounges. The stunning villa is surrounded by two hectares of meticulously manicured lawns and gardens. Private infinity-edge swimming pool (12m x 6m x 3 m) with remote controlled safety cover.

Important note regarding Chef/ Cook Services: All Chef/Cook services need to be arranged by your Concierge. Only Villa approved Chef/Cooks can be used. This also pertains to In-Villa cooking lessons.
Due to limited transportation in outlying and rural areas, a rental car is essential for stays in the countryside villas in Italy. We are more than happy to arrange a car for you during your stay, please just let us know at the time of booking.
Please note that Italy villas rent from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may be possible on a case by case basis and upon request.
The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax of €1.50 - €5.00 per person, per day and applies to all overnight stays for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable to the local property manager.
Most villas in Italy require the cost of extra services is paid upon arrival in cash. Please check with your Villa Specialist or Concierge for details.
