There is also an independent house on the shore.  On the ground floor is a spacious living room with dining area and sitting room with large TV and fully equipped kitchen.  On the lower floor is a game room with ping pong and pool table, TV and refrigerator.  There is also an independent bathroom.

The unique villa boasts several manicured terraced levels covering 40 vertical meters from the main road.
