Overview

The villa offers panoramic views of the hill with Rockefeller’s world-renowned Villa Serbelloni and the Pescallo Harbor. With this geographically-privileged location, guests at Villa Sissi can experience the wonders of Lake Como right from their backyard or pop down to beautiful nearby Bellagio, known locally as “the Pearl of the Lake”, for its traditional trattorias, much-loved gelato and fantastic shopping.

When you arrive at the Villa Sissi, the first thing you notice is the Villa’s pool and Jacuzzi overlooking the lake. This stunning panorama is just one of the magnificent views that this property offers. Opened in June 2015, Villa Sissi can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests with its five bedrooms, five bathrooms, open-plan main floor, private terrace and spacious patio.

Acccommodations

The accommodations in the villa are located on three floors. The property also features a Jacuzzi, a pool, a patio, a garden, and a terrace. A private driveway takes you directly from the main road into the villa grounds with parking space for up to four cars.

Main Floor

When you walk into the main entrance of the house, your eyes are automatically drawn to the panoramic patio. The patio has a foosball table, comfortable seating and an outdoor table and chairs perfect for al fresco dining overlooking both the Rockefeller Foundation’s Bellagio Center and Lake Como.

On the main floor you will find a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area with elegant minimal, yet comfortable décor. You and your guests will find ample seating to relax in the living room during your stay, particularly with the wall of glass doors framing those gorgeous lake views.

The Villa Sissi dining room offers enough seating to accommodate all of your guests, with two large windows opposite the table making the most of its breathtaking surroundings. The kitchen has ample counter space and a breakfast bar with casual seating for quick meals. The kitchen is fully furnished with brand new appliances.

On this floor you will find one bedroom with a king size bed, one bedroom with two twin beds and two full bathrooms. Both bedrooms have a private entrance and access to the garden.

Second Floor

The second floor consists of two full bathrooms, one bedroom with two twin beds, and two bedrooms with king size beds as well as a private terrace overlooking the lake. One of the bathrooms has a lakeview bathtub and one of the bedrooms on this floor has a private door to the outside terrace. The terrace on this floor is spacious, with charming wrought iron chairs and tables designed to invite guests to enjoy the stunning views.

Basement

This property offers a basement level that consists of a spacious private garage with room for four cars. On this floor there is a laundry room with brand new appliances and a full bathroom.
