Built on different levels and divided in three units, the villa has been recently renovated to suit the taste of the most discerned guests looking for a perfect Capri luxury holiday.

Wide windows, generous terraces, rich materials, and high-end finishes make Pinea an exceptional place to be in Capri! The main villa boasts a sun-drenched living room with sea views. An elegant sitting area featuring Bang & Olufsen audio/video system is the perfect place to relax at night, while the formal dining area, on the opposite side of the room, offers comfortable seating for 10 guests, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a guest bathroom.

The sophisticated villa boasts 1,000 square meters of terraced gardens. The vegetation is lush and features tropical plants as well as Mediterranean trees. Several lounge spots, styled with high-quality outdoor furniture, have been created in specific areas of the estate to take full advantage of sun exposure and views at all hours. The trapezoid shaped heated pool, set in a strategic position as well, enjoys a stunning unobstructed view over the famous Faraglioni Rocks. This is the very definition of picture-perfect Capri!

Villa Pinea is accessible by 22 steps from the main road. Capri city center is just 700 meters away; the beach of Marina Piccola is a 10-minute walk from the villa via roman steps, and it offers a number of private beach clubs and great restaurants. Pinea is ideal for a family or a group of friends looking for a luxury accommodation: the floor plan allows for plenty of privacy while creating the perfect convivial atmosphere for guests to feel at home and relaxed.
