This designer home shows attention to detail while keeping a casual attitude towards resort living. The floor plan includes four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. With over 3,700 SF of interior and exterior space. This home offers an abundance of space for family and entertaining.
The first level living quarters features a light-filled open floor plan made up of the luxury kitchen, dining room and living room, all with golf course views that will leave you speechless. The cozy living room has a large flat-screen smart TV, custom made sitting chairs, and a comfortable couch to relax on.
Wake up in the morning in this master bedroom and listen to the birds while lying in bed. Walk out onto the golf-course facing lanai upstairs and enjoy your morning coffee, or just relax and get some sun while taking in the dramatic beauty of the Big Island, Maui and the 11th green of the Mauna Lani North Course. If you just want to chill out on the couch or in bed, KaMilo 123 has five large smart TV's as well as internet connection with free Wi-Fi access. In case you need a break from electronics and you just want to engross yourself in a book or play some fun beach games, we have plenty of those as well.
Don't forget to check out the KaMilo Community recreation village! It is the perfect spot and it's just a short walk from the house. The 2- acre private recreation village, has a family community pool, covered Cabana with BBQ's, as well as an adult lap pool and fitness center. There are great options for shopping and dining nearby at the Mauna Lani Shops.
Please note that a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of $200 plus tax applies to all reservations for stays 14 nights or longer.
