Lakeview Retreat is a six bedroom private pool home with a stunning lakeview!

Your family will thank you for booking this spectacular rental property that overlooks a natural Florida lake in a newer resort full of amenities to enhance your vacation. The pool faces south so will be able to watch the ducks flutter across the lake with the most amazing sunrises and sunsets - the view is just incredible!

As you open the door you are welcomed with a bright and open floor plan featuring a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and breakfast bar seating for four. There is a formal dining room and a breakfast nook which both seat six people. The living room overlooks the pool area and has sofa and love seat seating with a large wall mounted TV.

There are six bedrooms to provide maximum space for your family or families. Two bedrooms are downstairs - one with two twin beds and the other with queen. There is a shared bathroom between the two rooms. Upstairs you will find two master suites with king beds, a queen room and a family suite with a full and twin size bed. All bedrooms have flat panel TV for convenience.

The garage has been converted to a game room for added family fun! This air conditioned games room has LED lit surf boards and is packed with games to enhance your holiday. You will find a billiards table, table tennis, foosball and air hockey.

The over-sized pool deck has plenty of room for those days spent relaxing by the pool and offers quite a bit of privacy for your family. There are six sun loungers and outside dining table seating six.

Solterra is a gated community with an amazing clubhouse and pool side café for when to be social at the communal amenities. There is a lazy river, water slide, fitness center, cabanas and lounging areas provided for your usage.
