Florida colors have a lighter, brighter feel, and while it may not be what you are used to, it won’t take you long to fall in love, especially when you feel the welcoming the wide front porch offers. Open the front door and walk into a space that is light and bright, following the paths created by wood floors polished to a warm glow. Crisp white walls provide a gallery-style backdrop to water-themed art: an underwater painting hanging above the plush white sofa in the living room, a black and white beach scene just outside the kitchen, and a variety of other colorful and enchanting pictures and paintings placed throughout the property. High-end appliances in stainless steel, cool glass tile backsplash, and dark stone countertops combine to create a kitchen in which sophistication and style reign supreme, white slipcovered chairs gathered around a circular dining table in the dining area gives a touch of drama to even the most mundane meals.
