Villa Meya is located in the most exclusive part of the city, along the coast, on a peninsula at the foot of Marjan hill and only approximately 10 minutes walking distance from the world famous Diocletian’s Palace and Split city center.

Although situated close to city center, Villa Meya offers absolute privacy to its guests and peaceful retreat from everyday life. It is an ideal choice for those who want to spend their holiday in the seclusion of a relaxing and luxurious private residence yet close to the city center, its famous Riva, a place of gathering where blend of past and present are met, and stories are told.
Villa Meya was built hundred years ago and has witnessed many important historical events. The villa is under protection of the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments of the Republic of Croatia for its historical value and has been renovated in 2006.
This magnificent residence (1500 m²) is spread over three floors; ground, first and second floor. It has five bedrooms, with four bathrooms, and it can accommodate up to 10 guests. Outdoor swimming pool with a Jacuzzi is surrounded by spacious terraces and a shaded garden with two huge palm trees and lots of Mediterranean plants, providing an authentic Mediterranean outdoor living experience, which is ideal for parties, barbeques, cocktails, gala dinners or informal lunches.
