Downtown Modern Creekside is a luxurious downtown condominium with the feel of a secluded mountain cabin. With three bedrooms and lots of bright and open living space, your whole crew will be able to find their own space here.

The contemporary silhouette of Downtown Modern Creekside is balanced with rustic stone and wood finishes. Once inside, the modern interior provides a lovely contrast to the lush and wild surroundings. In the minimalist living area, a black leather sofa is surrounded by built-in bookshelves and a unique corner fireplace. Large windows allow for breathtaking views of the surrounding forest and neighborhood and let lots of natural light flow inside. There’s also a plush armchair and a large, mounted HDTV that’s framed by a custom entertainment center.

Around the corner is the open kitchen. Matte black cabinets contrast with smooth butcher block countertops. The premier black appliances include a large refrigerator, a gas range and oven with a vent hood, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Small appliances include a blender, a toaster, and both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker.

Open shelving elevates the sparkling glassware to works of art, while the formal dining table has seating for six and views of the river below. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare fresh coffee and stacks of blueberry pancakes in the mornings, snacks for the trails in the afternoons, and delicious home-cooked dinners for your crew in the evenings.

There are three private bedrooms and two full bathrooms at Downtown Modern Creekside, making it ideal for large families and groups of friends. The primary suite features a king-size bed set into a whimsical black and white striped bed frame. Custom storage units stow your gear and house the large flat-screen television. The spa-like en-suite bathroom is located within the bedroom and includes a vessel sink and a large frosted glass shower.

The second bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed facing an HDTV and sitting on a plush area rug. The final bedroom also houses a luxe queen-size bed flanked by floating side tables and pendant lights. A second full bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a vessel sink and is accessible from the hallway.
