In the main level great room, a wall of windows and glass doors brings the beautiful views inside, framing the mountain peaks and the gently swaying pine trees. A plush sofa and two leather armchairs sit underneath a cathedral ceiling, and the stone fireplace adds the perfect dash of coziness to this spacious room. Outside, a large private deck brings you even closer to the magnificent views and is the perfect spot to sip your morning cup of coffee or host an al fresco dinner in the warmer months. The kitchen has been expertly designed to please even the pickiest chef— with a premier six-burner gas range and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. Gleaming glass tiles line the backsplash, and a curved peninsula island adds seating and prep space. A stainless farmhouse sink, open shelving, and granite countertops complete this stylish space. Around the corner is the formal dining space, with a table built for eight. Above this great room is a lofted office with a desk and a daybed. There’s also a smaller den with a comfy sofa and large HDTV.

Crystal View features two main bedroom suites and a third guest bedroom. The primary bedroom suite features a sumptuous king-size sleigh bed, fireplace, HDTV, and a terrace. The pristine white en-suite bathroom includes a modern freestanding tub, a step-in shower, and a double marble vanity. The secondary bedroom suite also houses a king-size bed, HDTV, and a full attached bathroom. The final guest bedroom is a bunk room with two queen-over-queen-size beds. Another full bathroom is located across the hallway from this room.

A lovely bonus space in Crystal View is the lower level media room, with a plush sectional sofa and a large HDTV. This room also features a wet bar, making it the perfect spot for game day or a movie marathon. There’s also a laundry room with a high-efficiency washer and dryer. Outside, an ultra-private hot tub overlooks the mountains and gives you the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the hiking trails or ski slopes.
