Overview

The private residences at One Steamboat Place are located on Gondola Square right in the heart of Steamboat's Mountain Village. From your balcony at Silver Creek Mountain you can watch all the activity at the base, including the snow sports school gathering area and the kids' ski school magic carpet.

The spacious open floor plan connects the dining and living areas to the kitchen with plenty of room for a group to relax together.

The Viking appliances of the professionally equipped kitchen will delight the chef in your group who can also use the built-in gas BBQ on the deck for grilling out.

The dining area, adjacent yet separate from the living room, will allow you to enjoy relaxed meals just across from the majestic fireplace.

The master bedroom features a cozy gas fireplace, and the master bath features a steam shower with a rain shower head and Jacuzzi tub. A second bedroom offers a king bed. Bedroom three has a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds. The fourth bedroom is a perfect kids den with two sets of XL twin bunk beds. All bedrooms have a private bathroom.

Tax Service Charge Details *

Please add 11.40% tax to all rates. Resort fees and cleaning fees are additional. Please add 5% service charge during Christmas/ New Year's. Rates, taxes, and resort fee are subject to change. Confirm with your villa specialist. All rates are based upon a 5 night and 6 night stay during Winter and Summer Season.

A surcharge will be applied for the following:
For a stay of 7 nights, a 10% discount will be applied to the daily rate. Short Term Rental Tax at an extra 9% (on rent, cleaning fee and resort fee) that will be effective on ALL stays booked on 1/1/23 and after. The exemption to this would be reservations made on or before 12/31/22 for stays between 1/1/23 and 4/15/23. For stays booked on and before 12/31/22 for arrivals of 4/16/23 and after, this new tax WILL apply.

Security Deposit Details
