Overview

Modern and stylish, this new build has clean lines and an upscale feel with comfortable furnishings and touches to make it warm and inviting. A spacious great room on the upper level features a gas fireplace, cozy couches, and large windows bringing in plenty of natural light and views straight up the ski mountain.

An open floor plan lends itself to entertaining, with easy access from the great room to an elegant dining area, kitchen, and powder room. Fully equipped with plenty of workspace and a large center island, a beautiful kitchen has custom cabinetry, new appliances, and extra seating.

On the upper level is a chic primary suite with a king bed, fireplace, TV, and ensuite bathroom with tub and walk-in shower. Two more bedrooms are on the lower level, a king suite and a bunkroom with two twin-over-full bunks and a shared bathroom.

Tax Service Charge Details *

Please add 5% service charge during Christmas/ New Year's; For a stay of 7 nights, a 10% discount will be applied to the daily rate. Short Term Rental Tax at an extra 9% (on rent, cleaning fee and resort fee) that will be effective on ALL stays booked on 1/1/23 and after. The exemption to this would be reservations made on or before 12/31/22 for stays between 1/1/23 and 4/15/23. For stays booked on and before 12/31/22 for arrivals of 4/16/23 and after, this new tax WILL apply. Tax Rate = 20.4%

Security Deposit Details

All reservations require $199 accidental damage coverage. This is a non-refundable charge that covers guests for up to $10,000 worth of coverage.
