Please note: there is no air conditioning at the property.  This is standard in many homes in the area due to the elevation. Temperatures may rise during the day, but then fall drastically at night which helps to keep the home cool.

Conveniently situated between the Village at Northstar and the family-friendly Kings Beach, Fairway Run Cabin is a relaxing mountain lodge in the heart of Lake Tahoe’s year-round playground. Designed for spending time together, this charming 4-bedroom + den retreat offers an open floor plan with comfy ground-floor gathering areas, and a sunny deck with outdoor seating. Newly remodeled with stainless steel appliances,  upgraded baths and granite countertops, the home combines modern accents with classic alpine decor, featuring hardwood floors and beams, log furniture and an impressive river rock fireplace.

The great room flows into the dining area and gourmet kitchen, creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere - perfect for the social cook. A picnic table on the deck invites guests to fire up the BBQ grill for a meal al fresco. With flexible accommodations for a large family or group of friends, Fairway Run comfortably sleeps 8 guests. On the main level, a master suite offers a king bed with private spa-like bath and sliding barn doors. The second level has the three remaining bedrooms. The first bedroom has two twin beds that can convert into a king and the second bedroom has a king bed, both share a hallway bathroom. The last bedroom has a queen sofa-bed and an additional queen air mattress with en-suite bath and jetted tub.

On-demand, complimentary shuttle service to Northstar Village ensures you’ll never have to drive to enjoy your vacation, with door-to-plaza service taking you to ski lifts, shopping, dining and even a year-round skating rink, surrounded by outdoor fire pits and cozy chairs. The Northstar Recreation Center offers further year-round entertainment between a large pool, hot tubs, tennis courts and a game room. In the summer, you can also take advantage of the 18-hole championship Northstar golf course just out your door. If you’re up for a drive, explore hundreds of miles of nearby mountain bike trails, national forests, and of course, Lake Tahoe, all less than 20 minutes away.
