In addition, the grounds include beautifully manicured gardens and a communal swimming pool. Mullins Bay is located across the road from Mullins Bay Beach, one of the most popular beaches on the island. In addition, the villa has beach membership at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion where guests have access to sun loungers, water sports and the beach club restaurant as well as the in-house hotel restaurant.
