Surrounded by golf courses and green meadows this property offers a tranquil and relaxing stay in any of its five bedrooms coupled each with its own ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom, located on the second floor has a king-size bed and on the same floor there are three more bedrooms, two with two queen size beds and one with a queen size bed. The remaining room is the second master bedroom with a king-size bed which is located on the ground floor. All rooms include air conditioning and TVs with international cable channels.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, extensive living room terrace & dining room, external dining area and swimming pool to cool off.

Security Deposit Details

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment, plus a damage deposit in the amount of $1,000.00, is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. Holidays (Dec 18th-Jan 6th, + Thanksgiving) - Cancellation Policy: No date changes will be allowed, only if force majeure limits travel, we will allow date changes, but will be valid for a period of 11 months. No refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes. Payment Policy: 50% is due upon booking and the remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to the travel date.
