Overview

With over-the-top extras like a bowling alley, huge hot tub, game room, and fitness center, you may find that you never want to leave this gorgeous alpine escape. But when you do, the popular Double Cabins ski run is right outside your front door.

An artistic wood and copper front door opens to reveal the grand great room and world-class views of the San Sophia Ridge. This cavernous space includes vaulted ceilings, a huge stone fireplace, and a comfortable sofa and armchairs. A stately dining table with seating for twelve sits underneath a glowing chandelier. The spacious kitchen is open to the living area and features high-end SubZero and Viking appliances that have been thoughtfully doubled to accommodate large groups. Here you’ll find two dishwashers, two ovens, and a double-sided refrigerator. There’s also a massive gas range with six burners and a separate griddle for preparing blueberry pancakes and bacon, as well as a premier Mazocco espresso machine for brewing a perfect cup of coffee. A huge island has barstool seating for four, while a nearby sunny breakfast nook has seating for eight more.

When it’s time to retire and recharge for the evening, there are eleven private and peaceful spots to choose from. In the primary suite, the sumptuous king-size bed is surrounded by a reading nook, HDTV, and a fireplace. There’s even a door leading out to the patio. In the en-suite bathroom, you’ll find a deep tub with jets and mountain views, a steam shower, and a double vanity. A secondary suite mirrors the primary suite— with a king-size bed, fireplace, patio, HDTV, and luxe attached bathroom. In the main house at Autumn Ridge, there are four additional suites that each have a king-size bed and a private attached bathroom— ideal for large groups who still want a bit of privacy. Another suite has a full-size bed and en-suite bathroom. In each of the two bunk rooms, there is an HDTV, patio, en-suite bathroom, and two twin-over-twin size bunks that the kids will love. One more bedroom was specifically designed to be used for a nanny's room and includes a queen-size bed, attached full bathroom, and HDTV.

At Autumn Ridge, every detail has been thoughtfully provided so you feel like you’re staying at a luxury, five-star resort. There’s a fully-equipped fitness space with an elliptical, treadmill, and free weights. A gigantic hot tub is an ideal space to relax after your workout, or perhaps you’ll want to lounge in the steam room instead. A home theater has seating for fifteen and a popcorn machine for hosting authentic movie nights with the whole crew. After the movie, try your hand at the full-size bowling alley, or play some games in the game room— including foosball, pinball, and Ms. Pacman. If you find that you need to get a little work done, there’s a dedicated office space just for that purpose. There’s also another den/living space with a comfy sofa and large HDTV. A regulation-size pool table has its very own room, complete with a kitchenette and HDTV.

There are many stunning outdoor spaces, with lots of lounging areas and spaces for dining while gazing out at the magnificent views. A barbeque is perfect for grilling steaks or burgers for dinner.

With larger groups, there may be someone who’s looking for a little extra privacy— like older children or grandparents— and the guest house at Autumn Ridge is just perfect for them. With a balcony overlooking the ski run, the guest house is cozy yet spacious, too. There’s a queen-size bed, HDTV, and a full bathroom with a step-in shower. The living area includes a leather sofa, armchair, gas fireplace, and an HDTV. In the open kitchen, there are premier stainless steel appliances and a stacked washer and dryer. There’s even a small dining nook with seating for four.

For ski enthusiasts, it doesn’t get any better than the Autumn Ridge location. The popular Double Cabins ski run is quite literally in your backyard, so simply slip on your skis— and off you go. This luxurious, magnificent alpine estate is also close to the Mountain Village core, so it’s easy to plan an afternoon of shopping or a night out.
